Mike Singleton
HBA Economics
Michael Singleton, Principal, has over 30 years experience in the provision of energy related research including resource planning, socio-economic analysis and energy efficiency program design, delivery, and evaluation. He has developed both energy database applications and cost effectiveness tools for use in CDM and DSM planning and analysis. Michael is also the Executive Director and co-founder of Sustainable Buildings Canada, a national non-profit dedicated to advancing the capacity and proliferation of advanced sustainable building material sourcing, technology solutions, and construction and operating practices.
Leslie Kulperger
Honours B.SC
Leslie Kulperger, Principal, has over two decades of expertise in researching, developing, and evaluating environmental and energy conservation technologies and programs for provincial government agencies, utilities, and regulatory bodies. Leslie has worked extensively with intervenors and key stakeholders in conjunction with various regulatory proceedings, and has provided expert testimony to the Ontario Energy Board. Ms. Kulperger's expertise include management system and change management best practices. Leslie holds an HBSc in Environmental Science from UofT, an EP designation, and CMVP and ISO 9001, 18001, and 14064 certifications.
Bob Bach
P.Eng
Bob Bach, Consultant, is a recognized expert in high performance building design and operations, including: building codes & standards development, municipal energy & water conservation programming, and energy efficiency based training curriculum development & delivery. Among his many noteworthy accomplishments, Bob was the co-founding Chair, Energy, of the Building Code Conservation Advisory Council to the Ontario Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing for resource conservation in the Building Code and continues to provide ad-hoc code advice. He also served as the past President of ASHRAE's Toronto Chapter.
Nicole Weatherly

Nicole Weatherly, Consultant, takes a human-centred approach to project management, change management and stakeholder engagement ensures everyone has the opportunity to be heard. She holds a Bachelor of Education (Permanent Teacher Certificate), Bachelor of Science (Chemical Engineering) from the University of Calgary, and has a Professional Engineer Designation. She is also a registered Project Management Professional (PMI) and Change Management Practitioner (Prosci).
Damion Nurse

Damian Nurse, Consultant, brings over 20 years of experience in the ideation, development, management, and execution of strategic marketing initiatives. Damion has worked in many forms of media, including print, digital, video, and social media. He understands how to leverage approaches to attract interest from diverse audiences to enable successful engagement and program traction. Damion holds a BA in Radio and Television from Toronto Metropolitan University.
Melissa Felder

Melissa Felder, Consultant, is an environmental & sustainability expert who has conducted research-based projects for Canadian organizations since 2001. Her most recent role as Climate Change Lead at MaRS Discovery District included developing initiatives integrating climate, clean technology impact and the future of work. She currently provides climate consulting services to various organizations across Canada and has a Masters in Bio-Resource Engineering from UBC.
Adam Jones

Adam Jones, Consultant, is a passionate advocate for renewable energy and energy efficiency and is dedicated to finding sustainable solutions to energy issues. He has been working and studying in the field for more than a decade, beginning as a Solar Energy International trained photovoltaic designer. Adam holds his Masters in Environmental Studies with a focus on renewable energy and sustainable architecture policy.
Anjali Varma
Anjali Varma, Consultant, has over 20 years of practical experience in promoting sustainability to increase profitability in business, governments and non for profit entities. She has extensive stakeholder engagement, program development, training, and impact quantification experience. Anjali has also refined her strategic business development support for clean tech to mitigate climate change and provide a benefit to the economy.
Greg Vermeulen

Greg Vermeulen, Consultant, is focused on primary research, statistical, and other quantitative analysis. He also provides strategic communications and marketing services for DSM and CDM programs in addition to verification and evaluation support. He holds an Honours Degree Joint Specialist in Economics & Political Science from the University or Toronto.
